No need to buy, configure or manage a WiFi router, it’s included in the service. A Managed WiFi router allows ISP to help insure the best experience possible with better tools, network visibility and troubleshooting abilities to resolve challenges quicker. ISP will take care of all the configuration, all the firmware and security updates so you can go about your business carefree. The final key element of the service is Protection. 

If our equipment fails from normal wear and tear, ISP will replace it free of charge. Billable Service Calls on customer owned equipment or stemming from causes outside the scope of the services ISP provides or controls will receive a deeply discounted flat rate of $29.95 (Normally $97.50) for the Service Technician visit plus ½ hour of on-site labor.
